Step 1: Inspect the Patio
We look at the settled concrete, cracks, drainage, slab condition, and nearby areas. We also check whether the patio is still a good candidate for lifting.
Step 2: Lift and Stabilize the Concrete
We raise the patio using mudjacking, also called slabjacking. This process uses a grout-like material to fill voids under the slab, support the concrete, and lift the patio back toward the surrounding surface.
Step 3: Patch and Clean Up
After the patio is lifted, the drilled holes are patched and the work area is cleaned up. We can also explain whether crack repair, joint sealing, drainage changes, or resurfacing may help protect the patio moving forward.
