We take time to plan the lift before we begin. This helps us avoid unnecessary drilling and gives us better control as the concrete is raised.
For many projects, you do not need to be home during the estimate or repair as long as we have access to the work area.
Pump Material Under the Concrete
Next, we pump lifting material under the slab.
This is done with mudjacking, also called slabjacking.
Mudjacking uses a grout-like material to fill voids, support the slab, and raise settled concrete back toward the surrounding surface.
As the material fills the empty spaces under the slab, it creates pressure beneath the concrete. This pressure carefully lifts the slab in a controlled way.
