We look at the garage floor, the amount of settlement, the access, and the condition of
the concrete before recommending the right repair.
Step 1: Inspect the Garage Floor
We look at the settled areas, cracks, low spots, garage entrance, drainage, and nearby concrete. We also check for signs of voids or weak support under the slab.
Step 2: Lift and Stabilize the Concrete
We use mudjacking to pump a grout-like material beneath the garage floor. This material fills voids, supports the slab, and raises the concrete back toward its proper position.
Step 3: Patch the Holes and Clean Up
After the slab is lifted, the access holes are patched. We clean the work area and explain any next steps, such as crack repair, joint sealing, drainage changes, or surface repair.
