The concrete must be cleaned, repaired, and prepared so the coating can bond correctly.
Step 1: Prep the Concrete
We prepare the floor with diamond grinding. This helps remove weak surface material and creates a texture the coating can bond to. Cracks and seams can also be filled before coating when needed.
Step 2: Apply the Coating System
A base coat is applied to the prepared concrete. Decorative chips can be broadcast into the coating to add color, texture, and a cleaner finished look.
Step 3: Add the Protective Top Coat
A durable clear top coat is applied to help protect the surface and make the floor easier to clean. Once the system has cured, the garage has a stronger, more finished surface.
