A slab does not have to be completely sunken to need attention. Small changes can be a sign that the soil underneath is shifting or that a void is forming.

Our Concrete Slab Leveling Process
The Concrete Team specializes in mudjacking, also called slabjacking. This allows us to look at your concrete
and recommend the method that makes sense for the slab, soil, access, and repair goals.
Step 1: Inspect the Slab
We look at the sunken area, nearby cracks, drainage, voids, and how the slab has moved. In many cases, you do not need to be home for the estimate if we can access the project area.
Step 2: Lift and Stabilize the Concrete
Use this mudjacking-only version:
We raise the slab using **mudjacking**, also called **slabjacking**. This process pumps a grout-like material under the concrete to fill voids, support the slab, and lift settled areas back toward level.
Step 3: Patch and Clean Up
After the slab is lifted, the holes are patched and the work area is cleaned up. We can also review related repairs, such as crack repair, joint sealing, or drainage concerns.
